ETERN's 100G ER1 optical module is based on 100G Ethernet rate, adopts QSFP28 package, and supports 4*25.78Gb/s rate on the HOST electrical interface side; the laser adopts EML PAM4 modulation mode with 53GBaud Rate, with TEC, and supports four types of wavelengths of LAN-WDM bands, namely 1295.56/1300.05/1004.58 and 1309.14. 1304.58, 1309.14 wavelengths. The detector adopts 53G baud rate APD program. Support up to 40km single mode fiber (G.652) transmission distance.
