We can provide a wide range continuous polishers which are characterized with the functions of automatic monitoring and controlling of all process parameters, such as rotation rates, eccentricities, correction plate unloading and so on, and used in processing of ultra-precision planar optical elements. In 2010, we successfully developed the largest domestric huge active ring polisher with 4.4m diameters at that time, which subsequently were used in the polishing of planar Nd: glasses of SG series.
